If you like peanut butter you’ll love this frosting, great on chocolate cakes but for a real peanut butter experience try it on a peanut butter cake. If you don’t have cream, you may substitute milk.
This incredibly rich no-bake peanut butter pie can be made in about 10 minutes, left to chill overnight, and is utterly fantastic.
I have used this for years and it is very good; much easier than the traditional method and tastes just as good.
Simply combine vanilla pudding and creamy peanut butter, then spoon the mixture into a graham cracker crust. Mound with lots, and lots of freshly whipped cream, and chill before serving.
